Andrew contributed the chapter on Indonesia to Principles of Project Finance, a 500+ page textbook published by Gower Ashgate in 2012. Based on his work for the MOF, he saw the largest economy in ASEAN making some progress in the power sector as various forms of government support were trialled; in other sectors, land acquisition and project preparation remained problematic.
